Fabulous idea-- what a great way to integrate local and experiential aspects into the campaign! While neither surprise concerts nor billboards are new concepts, I thought this was a really fresh way to make a billboard clever. A cute tagline could be interesting, baffling, and perhaps not memorable in either case. But I think marrying the visual with an experience amplifies the impression, not only by making it "come alive," but also by giving it a past, present, and future. Nice work!
